E1 Garand Bayonet 1905 (Argentina) Model 1943
States Native Together. This bayonet arises because in 1942 the U.S. Cavalry Board requested a shorter version of the M1905 bayonet, not to be suitable for mechanized troops. But the change was not made on the M1905 but the M1942, giving rise to the experimental 1905E1 that year was approved and adopted as M1.
There are two variants on the sheet, a central tip and a tip up in the back. VACE both with each side to reach the top in the first version and the second as the tip is up in line with the spine, the VACE come to the edge.
handle with black plastic handle with fine cross segrÃnado, fastened with a screw. The cross has a ring, but no hawk has two opposite slots in the entering hooks to keep the bayonet scabbard. Cross and pommel parkerizados or bluing.
bayonet scabbard, 1942 M3 M7 shortened or new, are similar. Reinforced plastic is olive green, steel rim parkerizado or painted green.
